1. Conducting research and designing course curricula related to management and development of social organizations;
  2. Identifying, promoting, and selecting participants from among social practitioners;
  3. Planning and coordinating the implementation of training/courses related to personal values development and mindset of social practitioners;
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of course objectives; and
  5. Reviewing and improving curriculum development, speakers, and course management.
