- Identifying, promoting, and selecting participants from among social practitioners;
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of training/courses related to personal values development and mindset of social practitioners;
- Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of course objectives; and
- Reviewing and improving curriculum development, speakers, and course management.
