  • This course aims to enhance participants' understanding and knowledge of the fundamentals of psychological approaches in case management. The basic psychological skills taught in this course will help improve efficiency and handling of cases using psychological methods.

Community Psychosocial Well-Being Management Course

  • This course aims to provide exposure to crises/disasters, mental health issues, and the application of Psychological First Aid (PFA) principles to assist crisis/disaster victims in the community. Participants will learn self-care practices while helping others and assess the severity of disturbances experienced by victims during crises/disasters.
     

Social Work Supervision Course

  • This course introduces the concept of structured social work supervision, where participants will be exposed to the roles of supervisors, types of supervision, supervisory skills, and supervisory styles. Through this course, participants will understand and be able to apply their roles in practice supervision, management supervision, or professional supervision.
